Clock Tower Park

Clock Tower Park was first opened in 1890 as a philanthropic project that today still remains an important part of Liverpool’s social history.

Project Brief

The site includes residential apartments and houses; serviced and non-serviced offices; commercial spaces; a range of residential care properties and a children’s nursery.

We were involved in the full design and install for implementing separate systems for commercial, care and residential.

Our Approach

We utilised a range of systems from simple combi boilers up to high pressure hot water storage systems taking into account all aspects of regulations needed for accessibility and care.

The project included installing numerous radiators, kitchens and luxury bathrooms.

Results

I have worked with Craig and his team for over 6 years now on a range of projects from one off modern houses to sensitive Grade II* listed building renovations and large scale regeneration projects. We have found his team to be consistently excellent, start and finish on time and are available for any call outs when required. Therefore, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Crosby Heating & Gas and we look forward to working with them on our current projects and future commissions.
