We’re delighted to be able to showcase a project we were involved in with Next Big Thing Developments at 12 Jordan Street in Liverpool.

Derelict for over 25 years, the building now houses five generously planned apartments and two houses which are fully occupied following sales to owner-occupiers and investors.

Clock Tower Park was first opened in 1890 as a philanthropic project that today still remains an important part of Liverpool’s social history.

Originally built as a grand mansion house for a wealthy cotton merchant in 1890 it was acquired by the Religious Sisters of Charity and used as a convent and care home until 2004.

Baltic Market Is Liverpool’s First Street Food Market, hosting food and drink festivals which has seen tens of thousands of people come and drink local beer, eat local food and support a thriving independent scene.
